al qaeda must be killed

The weapon of choice of the terrorist pigs is the suicide bomber. The reason for that is a simple one; they are cowards that can not fight. In EVERY SINGLE firefight we have been involved with the terrorist pigs, they have paid a high price. On Sept 5th, those idiots shot mortar rounds at an Air Force base. An UAV predator fired two hellfire missiles and killed 7 terrorist pigs and wounding 9. I was the one dealing with the Iraqi Army and the police trying to find where those wounded terrorist pigs had gone. We found them at the hospital. Coalition Forces were sent to get them from the hospital so we could have hands on them. As soon as SSG M. got to the hospital they started to say they were just going to work and were good citizens and they were not terrorist. The video from the predator shows that the UAV followed them from where they shot the mortars to where they got blown up. The Iraqi Army and police recovered pieces of the mortar tube from what was left of their car and found more stuff inside the house where some of the dead had ran to hide.
SSG M. told me later that the wounded were pretty messed up and one of them had no ass. Another lucky break came when a civilian was next to the assless man claiming to be his brother, told SSG M. that his brother was not going anywhere. SSG M. (who lost his best friend a few weeks earlier to a suicide bomber) had other ways to deal with that. The IP searched that guy's vehicle and found explosives. So that idiot terrorist pig was arrested and under questioning he gave a lot of names of terrorists working in the area. That day I felt good, I felt good because those terrorist pigs had been killed, I felt good because the wounded terrorist pigs were suffering, I felt good because we had caused physical pain on their bodies. For once in my life I felt the desire to see another human being die. But it was not to be, US medical care is so good that even those pigs, who were trying to harm us, had to be treated with the best medical treatment available.
That feeling came back three days ago. The Iraqi Army arrested two individuals that were acting "strange" in one of the check points. The search of the vehicle produced booklets with instructions on how to make and place IEDs. The booklet also said that it was OK to kill fellow Muslims because they were working with the Coalition Forces, that it didn't matter if they were women, children and old men, it was OK, they were the enemy also.
I came face to face with both terrorist pigs, they had their face down, they looked defeated. I asked them through the interpreter; How do you feel killing women and children? How do you feel killing you own people?
I wanted them to feel pain, the same pain that the wounded child I saw three weeks earlier was suffering when he was just playing outside and an IED went off against an IP patrol. The child was screaming for his mother, but our medic got there first, his mother and father were screaming and crying asking us to save the child. THOSE ARE WORDS THAT NEED NO TRANSLATION; the scream of parents asking Allah to help the American doctor save their child. Allah was all over us, because the medic was able to control the bleeding and by doing so saving his life and arm.
I am an American Soldier, I will obey the orders of the Officers appointed over me, those orders are very clear; YOU WILL NOT HARM, IN ANY WAY, THE PRISONERS.
But it was tempting, I wanted payback for all the horrible things that these two pieces of human shit have done to their own people and to us. I wanted them to suffer and die, I wanted to see their eyes when their bodies stop breathing, I WANTED TO KILL THEM. I wanted to feel their bodies die, just as the body of my lieutenant did so many months ago in my arms, but this time instead of tears it would have been a great smile on my face.
But I am an American and a Soldier, it is not our way, NOT IN MY ARMY.
Those two pieces of human shit are in an Iraqi jail, alive.
I hope that this hate will die one day, at the same time I hope it never does.

Today in my part of Iraq

Today was a slow day here in this big corner of Iraq. We had two IEDs that the Iraqi EOD had to clear, three car accidents, two fires and a bunch of false IED alarms.
Civilians are tired of living in fear, today we have received many phone calls from civilians reporting IEDs, but most of them were false reports. Civilians find a bag or a box or something that doesn't look right and they report it. We have arrested so many terrorist pigs from different countries because of civilians calling the IP and reporting that "somebody with a different accent is staying in some house."
The news report IEDs that injure or kill Americans, but the news hardly report when the IEDs kill civilians. Yesterday an IED exploded on a car carrying a mother and two children, all survived but the car was destroyed. Another IED went off on an IP patrol, wounding an IP and killing a civilian that was playing soccer with his children.
The last call we received today was that a truck carrying chickens had rolled over and needed a tow truck to get it out of the ditch, there were no injuries but 5 chickens were killed.

Today was a slow day in my part of Iraq. We are trying to bring peace to this country, but goat fuckers like zarqawi want to implant terror on the people of Iraq. Slowly, this country will have a revolution, an industrial revolution that will be the envy of other Arab countries.

(Next day)
I think my words were premature. Today the Hand of Allah saved Iraqis from that terrorist pig lover zarqawi. This afternoon we heard an explosion outside the compound that was not loud enough for a VBIED (car bomb). The explosion left one wounded that ended at to the hospital. The follow up report from the IP said that there were two dead bodies inside the car and that the wounded individual at the hospital was running away from the car when it blew up. The IP told us that there was a suicide bomber inside the car with a suicide vest on him, but something happened and it blew up before reaching a check point full with Iraqi civilians. There was a dead body on the driver's side blown to tiny bits, his face had exploded and clothes were burnt off his body, the other body with the vest was destroyed by the explosion but we were able to find enough to feed the dogs. Civilians close to the explosion said that the third individual at the hospital got out of the car before it blew up. He was still alive but the explosion ripped his eyes out, and burnt his face, hands and legs to a crisp. The final count from this attack was two terrorists killed, one wounded and NO CIVILIAN CASUALTIES.
By the way, the terrorist that survived is going to spend the rest of his life in jail, blind, with no hands and burnt.

I LOVE HAPPY ENDINGS.

Prosperity??????

Everyday that I go out on the roads of Iraq I see shops open for business, people shopping, walking to work, children going to school and constructions all over the city.
We depend on the Iraqi police to do their jobs as police officers, the Iraqi Army is working to secure the roads and all over the city we see people working and cleaning the roads.
When we arrived here many months ago, we didn't trust ANYTHING the police did, now we depend on them to provide security. Today I saw a check point where police officers were issuing traffic tickets because license plates were not registered.
Many months ago we couldn't hire contractors because they were getting killed by the terrorist pigs, now we have to turn them away because we have too many.
It is strange to come to work and see that NOTHING happened the night before.
Don't get me wrong, this is a very dangerous place, but Iraq is evolving in to a country, people are arguing about the elections, people are mad that the government is not doing things for them and they come here to voice their complaints.
But US soldiers are still dying in Iraq. We have lost friends here. I have lost Iraqi friends because they dared work with us.
Iraq will not be fixed by us, the Iraqis have to do that for themselves.
I just hope that we get out of here in one piece.
I just hope to have Iraq as a memory in a few months.
I hope the Iraqis will know the price they have paid for freedom and the price we have paid for their freedom.
Late night yesterday we received a report that the IPs were getting shot at one of the many check points they have setup all over the city. My first question to the Iraqi Police officer here was; do they need back up? He said that he didn't know. Seconds later, he tells me that there are no casualties and that it looks like the shooting was not aimed at them. An IP calls on the radio saying that he sees tracers about 200 meters from where he is. We sent an IP patrol to investigate because there are people shooting and we didn't know what was going on. After about ten minutes the IPs reported that two families were mad at each other because one was stealing satellite from the other and decided to settle the matter with AK-47s.
It seems that every house here has a satellite dish on the roof, everybody has a cell phone and every Iraqi wants to do business with us.
One of the contractors brought to us a hell of a feast after we awarded him a very large contract to fix the electrical problem in one of the police stations. Ten months ago we couldn't get a plumber to come fix the toilets, now we have more contractors than projects.
Out of 100 Iraqis that work with us, 10 of them are terrorists who have infiltrated the police ranks.
And we wait for the next attack, who is going to blow us up? The suicide bomber will not just kill Americans, but that piece of pig shit will also kill Iraqis working for a better country, he is going to kill Iraqis trying to earn a living to provide for their families. If I survive the attack I will find what is left of his body and in his grave I will place two pounds of bacon, a cross and say a Catholic prayer in Latin so that piece of shit can go to hell with the rest of terrorists pieces of pig shit that have died under our hand.

An Iraqi friend

When the Iraqi Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) goes out to deal with IEDs and car bombs they have a flash light, basic tools and a set of cojones the size of melons. One of the EOD drivers "Rod" became a good friend and started to learn English just to communicate with us. Little by little he would try to carry out a conversation and he would study magazines, books or anything with English written on it. For about six months he continued to drive for the Iraqi EOD and in his spare time would speak English with anybody who would talk to him. One day he came in with a very clean suit and looking very business like, and I asked him where he was going; he said that he had an interview with a company that hires interpreters for the Coalition Forces. I wished him luck and he went on his merry way.
A few hours later he came in from the interview with a million dollar smile to tell us that he was quitting and he was going to work as an interpreter for the Coalition Forces.
A few weeks went by and we would see him now and then as he went on patrols. On a very ugly night, over the radio we heard that one of our patrols was hit with an IED and some soldiers were wounded. A couple days later I heard that Rod was riding behind the vehicle that was hit with the IED and without thinking about it jumped out of his vehicle and ran to the burning HUMMV, and started to remove the wounded GIs, by the time the other soldiers got to where the vehicle was burning, Rod had taken two soldiers out and was helping with the other. (All this happened in about 15-20 seconds) Once all were out, the AMMO inside the HUMMV started to cook off (explode due to the heat and fire), but all soldiers were at a safe distance and nobody was injured due to the Ammo going off. Among the soldiers that he works for he is a hero, the families of the soldiers in the Company send him all kinds of stuff for that Iraqi guy that saved American lives.

I saw Rod today as he was going out on patrol with HIS soldiers. He had the same million dollar smile and his soldiers treated him as a brother in arms, I was so proud of Rod.

There are many Rods in Iraq, I know that because I work with some of them every day.

A Flower in the Desert

Today was visitors day at the jail and we were asked to help controlling the civilian crowd.
Among the heat, Iraqis trying to bypass security, the IPs screaming to all, dust, sun and sweat stinging the eyes, it was a very long day.
I was trying to control the main gate when a four year old little girl took off running towards my position. EVERYTHING from suicide bomber to grenade came to my head, three weapons aimed at her direction and I froze in thought (bad thing in a war zone).
The little girl came to within feet from me when I saw a little flower on her hand. A BEAUTIFUL, LITTLE PURPLE FLOWER, and a smile that took all the misery of this year away. She had blond hair, tan skin and dark eyes. She was holding in her other hand a small doll and with both arms extended she indicated to me that she wanted to give me a kiss. I bent over and she hugged and kissed me on my left cheek, then she laughed as all little girls in the world do. Her mother was calling her by now and the Iraqi Policeman that came after her was smiling. I saw the whole line of people laughing or smiling at the both of us. As soon as I took the flower, I smelled it and placed it on the band of my helmet. She went back to her mother and then the little girl's sister came to say hello and she also went back to her mother.
For the whole day I have been staring at that noamah (Arabic name) flower and smelling it.

This is how I spent today in Iraq. I will always remember those ten seconds when a little girl in Iraq gave me a small flower and smiled at me.
